Membership
Saint Petersburg Submariners’ and Marine Veterans’ Club is an open organization that welcomes anyone who is connected with sea and shares the ideals of marine brotherhood as its members. That is why we are now happy to have among our members shipbuilders, scientists, writers, journalists, artists, and other intellectuals. There are also more than 60 corporate members. Today Club counts 3217 members with more than 300 members from 27 countries. According to the Club’s law any Russian or foreign citizen above 18 years old may become a member of the Club, and legal entities - organizations that acknowledge Club’s law, pay membership commissions, facilitate practical tasks solution and achieving Club’s statutory goals (p. 3.1).
To become a member of Saint Petersburg Submariners’ and Marine Veterans’ Club you have to fill in the form and visit the Club. For the remote procedure, please:

- Your application will be considered at a Club’s board meeting.
- The Club will send you a notification with its decision.
Based Saint Petersburg Submariners’ and Marine Veterans’ Club law and according to the decision of the board meeting from November, 12 in 2014, the following membership dues and fees were set up:

Dear guests of Saint Petersburg Submariners’ and Marine Veterans’ Club, we are ready to offer you an individual program of visiting Saint Petersburg! During your stay we can organize an entrance to the most significant and interesting marine points of interest, theaters, circuses, museums, cathedrals and churches. Above that we are ready to provide help with:
- visa support (invitations, mediation);
- hotel accommodation (from clean and neat hostel rooms to five star hotel with a discount);
- pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel;
- interpreter support.
Saint Petersburg Submariners’ and Marine Veterans’ Club has multiple relationships with city authorities, hotels and museums, what makes it possible for us to offer you same service for the lower price.
Chairman of Saint Petersburg Submariners’ and Marine Veterans’ Club Igor Kurdin has good fellowship with Naval museum direction and can provide you with an entrance to places that are closed for visitors. For example, visiting salon and officers’ private rooms at cruiser Aurora, participating at services for perished submariners (on the Russian Naval day in the end of July), festive ceremonies on the Club’s birthday (end of November), banquette at the fan club of submarines, gifts exchange, and many more.
